Asher kidshanu be'mitzvotav ve'tzivanu le'hadlik ner shel Hanukah.

Blessed are You, O Lord our God, King of the universe,
Who has sanctified us by Your commandments, and commanded us to kindle the light of Hanukah.

Sheasa nisim la'avoteynu ba'yamim hahem ba'zman hazeh.
